When you write to us
The booking form, a license request, “Ask about the other frames” and “Tell me when it is up” send what you type (your name, email and, where you give them, your company, the aircraft, where and how you would use a photograph, and your message) to Jake Marwede by email, through his Google Workspace mailbox, where it is kept to answer you and as the record of any license. It is not added to a mailing list. If you ask to hear when an aircraft is up, you get one email when it is, and nothing else.
Searching the site
When you search the site for a tail number or a type, the search itself is logged: what was typed, whether it matched, the time, and a random number made for that one page view so a half-typed search is not counted twice. No IP address, cookie, browser details or referrer are recorded, so a search cannot be traced to you. It tells us which aircraft people are looking for.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts and photographs are served from this site, not from another company’s servers.
The site runs no analytics, advertising or social media trackers.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes each request to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or keep those request logs.
Paying for a license
A license request is paid by invoice. We keep the record of your license (your name, company, email, the photographs and the use) for our business and tax records. If you pay online, the payment processor receives your card details; we never see or store a card number.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your choices
Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, at [email protected] or (561) 501-1624. We keep only what the law requires for a license you bought.
Aircraft on this site
Aircraft are listed by registration, which is public in the FAA registry. Owners’ names are not published. If you own or operate an aircraft shown here and would prefer it did not appear, it comes down.
